Basic recipe:

PUFF PASTRY
300 g Gran Sfoglia
700 g soft wheat flour
500 g water
700 g margarine or butter for puff pastry
2,200 g Total

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the semi-finished product and water for about 6-8 minutes. Stretch out the dough achieved, add the margarine or butter and proceed as usual. Let it rest a few minutes in the fridge between one fold and another.
The recipe must be adapted to the technique and tools used.
